With over 30 years of experience in the adventure and educational travel industry, Rob Miller brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Safety and Compliance Adviser at Into Wild Himalayas. His career spans the UK, Europe, and international destinations, where he has worked extensively across the commercial, voluntary, and public sectors of the adventure travel industry.

Rob holds a range of National Governing Body (NGB) qualifications in watersports, mountain pursuits, and land-based adventure activities, and is a certified First Aid and Safeguarding Trainer/Assessor. His leadership journey includes roles from on-ground Instructor to Operations Manager and Company Director, giving him a comprehensive understanding of safety management in dynamic outdoor environments.

At Into Wild Himalayas, Rob plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of safety and risk management across all expeditions and programs. He advises on operational protocols, guide training, emergency preparedness, and safeguarding policies. His experience-driven insights help us create not only exhilarating but also responsibly managed adventures, giving our guests the confidence to explore with peace of mind.
