Itinerary

Day 1Arrival & Waterfall Adventure

Arrive at our riverside Tirthan camp and kick off the day with a warm Himachali breakfast surrounded by orchards and forest air. Post-breakfast, we set out on a picturesque hike to Choi Waterfall, winding through a charming mountain village. Along the way, visit a local fish farm—where you’ll feed trout and, if you wish, take some fresh catch back to camp.

Return by late afternoon for tea and snacks by the river. As twilight sets in, gather around a glowing bonfire with music and a hearty dinner, before turning in under a starry sky in your cozy riverside tent.

Day 2A Day Hike to the Great Himalayan National Park

🚶‍♂️ Total Hiking Distance: ~8 km (round trip)
🗻 Max Altitude: 1,850 meters (6,070 feet)
📈 Total Altitude Gain/Loss: ~150 meters gain

Start your day with a wholesome breakfast before setting out on a full-day guided trek into the Great Himalayan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site teeming with biodiversity. This scenic 5–6 hour hike takes you through fragrant apple orchards, terraced fields, quaint villages, and dense forests rich in birdsong and Himalayan flora.

The day ends with another cozy bonfire evening featuring music, stories, and a hearty dinner. Overnight stay in riverside tents.

Day 3Snow Point Adventure at Jalori Pass

🚗 Total Driving Distance: ~70 km round trip
🚶‍♀️ Total Hiking Distance: 2–3 km (optional walk to Jalori Pass)
🗻 Max Altitude: 3,223 meters (10,570 feet)
📈 Total Altitude Gain/Loss: ~1,500 meters gain from camp to pass

After an early breakfast, guests pack up and begin a scenic 2-hour drive to Jalori Pass—one of the highest motorable passes in Himachal. In winter, depending on snowfall, the drive will take you to the nearest accessible snow point. From there, guests may choose to hike to the pass or simply enjoy time in the snow—making snowballs, soaking in views, and capturing final moments of the journey.

A packed lunch is enjoyed amid the snowy surroundings. Post lunch, the return drive begins. The guide will disembark at Banjar while guests continue their onward journey—refreshed and recharged by their wild Himalayan escape.
