His unmatched experience and deep understanding of mountain logistics make him an indispensable part of the team.

Khagendra manages a highly trained team of porters who are the true backbone of every expedition. His role goes far beyond arranging manpower—he ensures that every porter is properly equipped, medically fit, and sufficiently prepared before venturing into the rugged high-altitude terrain. From routine health checkups and gear inspections to nutrition planning and emergency readiness, Khagendra takes every step to guarantee the safety of both the team and the expedition.
