Arrive in Sethan and settle into your mountain home. Meet your instructors, get your gear, and dive into bouldering basics and climbing ethics.
Start your day with a light hike to nearby bouldering clusters surrounded by alpine forests. Warm up with stretching drills, then dive into foundational climbing techniques—body positioning, center of gravity, and dynamic vs. static movement. Practice footwork, flagging, and handhold transitions on beginner routes. The day ends with a session on route reading and problem-solving theory back at the base.
Refine your climbing control with footwork and flagging drills, and learn safe falling and spotting techniques through supervised practice sessions.
Build core strength and flexibility through guided conditioning, then climb on mixed terrain with a focus on focus, breathwork, and confidence.
Trek to remote bouldering sites in the Hamta region. Apply all techniques on real granite problems and participate in a fun group challenge.
Take on final climbs to showcase your progress, receive personalized feedback from instructors, and celebrate with certificates before departure.
