Day 1Arrival & Orientation

🏔️ Elevation: 2,560 m 
🚐 Transfer: Manali to Solang

Arrive in Manali and transfer to the serene Solang Valley. After check-in, attend a detailed orientation on course structure, safety, and gear. Post-lunch, join a short acclimatization walk followed by a bonfire introduction session.

Day 2Getting Started on Skis

Get fitted into your ski gear and start with the basics—how to glide, stop, and walk on snow. Learn snowplough braking and descending simple slopes. A day of confidence-building fun!

Day 3Turning & Speed Control

Progress to gentle slopes and begin mastering snowplough turns. Learn to fall safely and get back up independently. Start short solo runs while working on stopping and directional control.

Day 4Intermediate Slope Practice

Take on slightly steeper terrain and polish your turning skills. Introduce ski poles for rhythm and start linking turns fluidly. Evening session includes video feedback and posture correction.

Day 5Slalom Introduction & Speed Handling

Explore various beginner runs with different gradients. After lunch, learn the basics of slalom—navigating flagged markers—and take part in a friendly timed challenge.

Day 6Final Run & Certification

Wrap up with a series of final runs demonstrating your skills. Your instructors will provide feedback and present course completion certificates. Group photo, farewells, and return to Manali.

Mobile signal is limited—only BSNL or Airtel may work in a few spots. Electricity is rare, so bring a power bank (solar recommended).

What food is provided?

Nutritious vegetarian meals (dal, rice, pasta, eggs, soup). Non-veg (like tuna/chicken) may be served occasionally. Let us know in advance for dietary needs (Jain, gluten-free, etc.).
